It wasn’t a business plan that brought me here. It was the patients and my amazing team that fueled my passion.
I fell in love with orthodontics as a treatment coordinator in 2018. Every day, I watched confidence grow, lives change, and teams come together to create experiences that mattered.
What started as a job quickly became a passion. The relationships I built with patients and the teams I worked alongside shaped my belief that great orthodontic experiences don't happen by accident; they're built through people, systems, and consistency.
Over the years, I have had the opportunity to grow through nearly every area of an orthodontic practice. From treatment coordination, front desk operations, to marketing, practice operations, and practice leadership. Those experiences gave me a unique perspective on what it takes to create alignment between the patient experience, the team experience, and practice growth.
Orthodontics changes the world,

That experience became the foundation of AKO Experience.
The Osorio Family
Beyond the Office
While orthodontics has been a significant part of my career, my most important role is being a wife and mom.
My husband (Walter) and I are raising two wonderful boys, and much of our time outside of work is spent cheering from the sidelines at soccer games, golf lessons, tennis lessons, swim practices, STEM activities, and all the adventures that come with raising an active family.
As a family, we love creating experiences together. Whether we're exploring a new place, planning our next adventure, or gathering with family and friends, some of our favorite memories are made around the dinner table. We enjoy cooking together and take our Taco Tuesday "very seriously." You'll also find us dancing together in the kitchen often, which is probably my personal favorite.
When I'm not working, you're likely to find me with my family, trying a new recipe, working on my green thumb in the garden, talking with my Grandma, or hosting family and friends for various occasions.
At the heart of it all, I value connection, relationships, and creating meaningful experiences with the people I love. Those moments have shaped who I am and continue to influence how I show up both personally and professionally every day.
