The AKO Experience is personal
I fell in love with orthodontics as a treatment coordinator in 2018. I saw firsthand the confidence that grows throughout treatment, the relationships built along the way, and the impact a great team can have on the entire patient experience.
Over the years, I had the opportunity to grow through nearly every area of an orthodontic practice, from treatment coordination, front desk operations, marketing, practice operations, to leadership.
Those experiences shaped a belief that continues to guide my work today: great orthodontic experiences don’t happen by accident. They’re built through people, systems, and consistency.
When those pieces work together, practices don’t just create better experiences - they build stronger teams, deeper patient relationships, and sustainable growth.
Orthodontics changes the world,
one smile at a time.
The Osorio Family
Beyond the Office
While orthodontics has been a meaningful part of my career, my most important role is being a wife and mom.
My husband, Walter, and I are raising two wonderful boys, so life outside the office is usually full of sports, activities, family adventures, and plenty of time cheering from the sidelines.
As a family, we love creating experiences together, exploring new places, gathering with family and friends, cooking, and taking Taco Tuesday very seriously. Some of my favorite moments are the simplest ones, like sitting around the dinner table, dancing in the kitchen, or spending time with the people we love.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with my family, trying a new recipe, working in the garden, talking with my Grandma, or hosting friends and family.
Connection, relationships, and meaningful experiences are at the heart of who I am, and they naturally shape the way I approach my work, too.
